Q: What size dumpsters does Hoosier Hauler have and how much will they hold?
A:
» 6 cubic yards holds up to 3 full size pick-up truckloads
» 10 cubic yards holds up to 5 full size pick-up truckloads
» 15 cubic yards holds up to 7.5 full size pick-up truckloads
» 20 cubic yards holds up to 10 full size pickup truck loads
» 30 cubic yards holds up to 15 full size pickup truck loads
» 40 cubic yards holds up to 20 full size pick-up truckloads
Q: What items am I not allowed to put into a dumpster?
A:
» No Hazardous Materials of any kind
» No oils or lubricants including brake oil, transmission oil, motor oil, etc.
» No flammables, propane tanks, fuels, anti-freeze, etc.
» No electronics, including computers, stereos, TV’s, etc.
» No pesticides, batteries, medical waste, chemicals
» No rubber tires or railroad ties
» No refrigerators, freezers, or any items with Freon
» Large amounts of bricks, concrete, block, dirt (2 yard max)
Q: Are You Licensed to do the Work?
A: All equipment, trucks, and employees are fully licensed.
Q: How Much Notice Do You Need To Deliver A Dumpster?
A: To ensure delivery when needed we suggest calling at least two days in advance.
Q: What If I Need To Change or Cancel My Order?
A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please call a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to avoid a reschedule or cancellation fee. Orders changed or cancelled the day before the scheduled delivery date are subject to a $50.00 fee or a $100.00 fee if changes are made on the day of scheduled delivery.
Q: What If I Need The Dumpster For More Than My Rental Period?
A: Standard rental periods are 3 nights, 7 nights, or you can call for pick-up. However, your rental period can be extended. Extensions past rental period are $15 per night.
Q: What Is the Required Payment Method?
A:Hoosier Hauler requires that payment be made by the day of delivery with Visa/MC/AMEX/DISC or cash.
Q: What if I Need an Extra Roll Off Dumpster Container?
A: Just call and we can discuss the additional charges or rental fees. From there, we will deliver another dumpster and remove the full dumpster.
Q: Can I Move The Dumpster?
A: NO! Please never attempt to move a dumpster container on your own. Please call us.
How Might I Incur Additional Charges?

» Damage to dumpster
» Moving dumpster ($250.00 plus damage fees)
» Hazardous materials: Disposal fees, Environmental Fines plus $250.00
» Electronics ($20.00 per item)
» Rubber tires ($40.00 per auto tire, $80.00 for large or truck tires)
» Filling dumpster above the “Do Not Fill Above This Line” $150.00 plus removal of items – see the lease agreement.
